Browse items near you, send a request, and coordinate pickup with the lender. Lend your own items to earn LBCoins.
Do I have to pay for using BorrowerB.com?
No. BorrowerB is free to use. If you have items to lend, you can list and start earning LBCoins without spending a dime. You can then use those LBCoins to borrow from your neighbors without ever pulling out your wallet. You only need to buy LBCoins (using real money) if you want to borrow from your neighbors without lending your stuff.
What are LBCoins?
LBCoins are the currency used to track how much you lend and borrow. You can think of them as a meter of your neighborly karma that can be traded for real money. You are given LBCoins when someone borrows your items and you give LBCoins when you borrow from your neighbor. LBCoins can be cashed out at any time at 1 US Dollar per coin minus a minimal transaction fee.
What if I can’t find what I need?
Use the request feature to ask neighbors for a specific item or, if you can’t find one, you could buy one and make it available for your neighbors to borrow and start earning LBCoins.
